Tehran to host Iran-Belarus economic meet Aug. 12-15

TEHRAN – The 8th session of Iran-Belarus Joint Economic Commission will be held here from August 12-15, the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) reported here on Sunday.

The meeting aims to study the past economic and trade ties and to find new strategies for reinforcing bilateral trade relations. The commerce minister will head Iran’s delegation in the session. Despite great potentials, the sides’ trade volume is at the low level, TPOI said.
